WELLNESS AND UNITY THROUGH mcloughlin scar tissue release

UNCOVER THE RESTORATIVE POWER OF MSTR®

What is MSTR® ?

McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release (MSTR®) is an innovative scar tissue treatment method that employs a gentle and non-invasive technique. Regardless of the scar’s age or size, MSTR® can facilitate significant improvements.

It involves a precise application of fingertip pressure on the scar, aiming to enhance the blood circulation and lymphatic flow in the area. The treatment is particularly suitable for traumatic scars which can sometimes be distressing due to their association with the triggering event.

How can MSTR® help?

MSTR® offers more than just physical healing; it aids in emotional recovery as well.

Scars can differ greatly in their appearance and feel, possibly causing discomfort, numbness, restricted movements or even a change in our movement patterns.

Moreover, the emotional implications can range from feelings of fear and disgust to issues of self-worth, especially in the case of trauma scars.

What MSTR® offers is not just a treatment, but a holistic healing journey that can help eliminate these negative emotions.

The technique works by softening the fibrous tissue, reintroducing feelings to the scar, and helping it feel ‘natural’ again. As the scar integrates and feels a part of the body, the negative emotions can start to recede, supporting you in feeling ‘whole’ again.

Whether it’s a single large scar or multiple small ones, MSTR® can potentially bring about a significant positive change in both your physical wellbeing and emotional state.

How many treatments will I need?

Scar work will normally be one initial session which will be a standalone treatment with no Bowen or Lymphatic work. If further sessions are needed, these can be standalone sessions, or combined with Bowen and or Bowen Lymphatic Drainage treatment, depending on the treatment plan.

The number of treatments needed will vary depending on the severity of the scar tissue. Some people find huge benefits with just one session!

I initially went to see Beth for recurring shoulder pain after my partner recommended her. I had some relief after the initial treatment, and was pain free after the third. She also helped with hormonal issues monthly. Beth is so lovely … More and even saw me the same day when I messaged her in pain! Highly recommend!!

I have had back issues for a number of years and suffered silence. Beth was recommended to me through a friend and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done. Bowen has really helped with the pain and mobility. Whenever I have a flare … More up she’s the first person I contact and within a session or two I’m as good as new again. She’s such a lovely lady, friendly, caring and brilliant at what she does. Highly recommend!!

I had a taster session with Beth at a wellness day and was so impressed by the immediate relief on my arthritic hip,was was able to walk without pain or limping,I booked a session to deal with other issues around scar tissues and that is … More successful going forwards. I have another session booked to follow up with working on neck, head and shoulders,I am so happy to have found Beth for Bowen in the village I live in.Thank you Beth.😇🙏
