What isBowen
The Bowen Technique is a remedial, hands-on therapy that is applied using very gentle pressure. Unlike physiotherapy, massage, or chiropractic treatments, Bowen targets the body as a whole to try and find out what is causing the misalignment in the first place, and work on correcting underlying cause.
